HOW & WHEN WILL MY ORDER REACH ME?

We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours (subject to availability). For orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday please allow an extra 1-3 days. Once dispatched, orders will usually take between 5-7 working days to arrive. To keep shipping costs as low as possible we use Royal Mail or a courier company depending on the items ordered. Please email us if you have not received you order within 14 days.

CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

​During the order process you may be asked to provide contact details (email address and/or telephone no.). You can also state a safe place where your order may be left if you are not present when the order is delivered.  This information may be passed to our couriers so they can advise you of the progress of your order.  Some orders may need a signature on receipt.  

​​ DO YOU PROVIDE OVERSEAS DELIVERY?

​We do not offer delivery outside of the UK at the present time.

Please note: The below charges apply to UK mainland addresses only.

Please contact us by email to enquire about delivery availability and costs to locations other than UK mainland, such as The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands etc.  ​

UK mainland delivery costs:

Under £15.00 - £ 3.20

£15.00 to £30.00 - £4.50

£30.00 to £50.00 - £6.50

£50.00 to £75.00 - £7.50

£75.00 to £100.00 - £8.50

£100.00 to £120.00 - £10.60

£120.00 to £150.00 - £14.50

Over £150 - Please email us for a quotation. Thank you.

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time, and we will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.


WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED 

OR DOES NOT ARRIVE?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email if your order has not arrived, or if your parcel has arrived damaged on arrival.  

If damaged, we will ask you to email images of the damaged item and will advise how to return the item to us. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item and we will advise you of the procedure to follow.

You must advise us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving the goods, and return the item within 14 days.

Returned items must be in the original re-saleable condition.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not received in perfect, resaleable condition.

Items are returned at your own risk.

We advise using a trackable form of delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

We are not able to reimburse the costs of delivery to and from you.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 14 days after receipt.

You must advise us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving the goods, and return the item within 14 days.

Returned items must be in the original, re-saleable condition.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not received in the original and re-saleable condition.

Items are returned at your own risk.

We advise using a trackable form of delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

We are not able to reimburse the costs of delivery to and from you.
